Volunteers help make Rainbow Acres work. Without their tireless dedication and enormous contributions of time and energy, Rainbow Acres would not be what it is today. Every year, over 300 individuals contribute thousands of work hours to brighten the lives of the Ranchers.

With such a diverse Rancher population and a facility that consists of numerous buildings, virtually every skill and ability is in demand. No matter what your background may be, you can help! You will not receive any material compensation for your labor, but you'll be paid in smiles and in friendships that last a lifetime.
