What is Rainbow Acres? BARBARA FOLEY  Rancher Benefits Coordinator Barbara is a native of Montreal, Canada, where her family still lives. She received her B.A. in psychology from Concordia University, Montreal, and lived in a small village north of Vancouver, British Columbia prior to coming to the US in 1982.   Her work background is diverse and eclectic. “Of all the jobs I’ve had in the past, working with mentally challenged people has been the most rewarding,” says Barbara. “Seeing people move ahead in their lives when training and supervision is provided proves that we can all improve ourselves.”   Barbara will be “working the system” on both a local, state, and federal level to secure maximum benefits for the Ranchers. She will be dealing with Social Security benefits and other programs that might provide assistance to the Ranchers.
