I have lived in Camp Verde for 24 years and have always had Rainbow Acres in my heart. Marilyn Showers and I used to ride together in a riding group, and Ralph was always the one that kept us all laughing.
God's timing is always perfect. It worked out that I was planning a career change when the Community Relations job became available. Each day I am so happy, and feel contented & blessed a hundred times over to be able to work with and for the Ranchers. Each one is unique, and each one is special.
As I came around the corner on the road to work one day, there was a rainbow, placed by God, right on top of the white cross on Glory Hill on the Rainbow grounds. I felt it was a special answer to my prayers of request, asking for a place where I could feel I was making a difference in the lives of others.
