The cost of care provided at Rainbow Acres is over $3,000 a month per individual. To keep tuition more affordable for Ranchers and their families, Rainbow subsidizes this monthly fee for each Rancher. For some Ranchers, this subsidization is not enough for them to fully meet their monthly fees. Rainbow developed the Adopt-A-Rancher program to provide support for these Ranchers and families in need.
Through the Adopt-A-Rancher program, you can either choose a Rancher to sponsor, or allow Rainbow Acres to supply your gift to a Rancher with great need.
Your tax-deductible contribution can be made monthly, quarterly. If you cannot commit to a full sponsorship at this time, you may choose to make a one-time contribution that benefits an eligible Rancher. Refer to the Giving Methods portion of this page to learn about the different ways you can give your gift.
There is no minimum requirement for length of sponsorship, but you are encouraged to stay with your Rancher for one year. At the end of each year, you will have the opportunity to continue in the program by remaining with your original Rancher, or by selecting a new Rancher to support.
