Steinway & Sons Piano

Thanks to a generous donation, the banquet hall in the Palmer Community Center is equipped with an expertly refurbished Steinway & Sons Baby Grand. The piano is a stunning addition to the acoustically-mastered facility, and will make beautiful music for the Ranchers for years to come. All That is Glorious Around Us

Over the summer of 2010, the art studio of Marlys Mallet and Michael Redhawk buzzed with creative energy as the husband-wife team worked together to complete a mural for the Palmer Community Center at Rainbow Acres. The culminating work, called All That is Glorious Around Us, now hangs in the Community Center banquet hall for the enjoyment and enrichment of the Rainbow Acres Ranchers. The mural is a painting created in unison, featuring a landscape from northern Arizona. Redhawk painted the center panel and Mallet painted the two side panels, which are extensions of his realism into the abstract. The title of the piece is taken from a passage by popular early American writer James Fenimore Cooper, and reminds those who view the piece to appreciate the idyllic beauty and grand ideology of the beautiful Arizona landscape.
