What is Rainbow Acres? STARLENE BROGDON Caregiver Starlene is a native of Washington State, and moved to Arizona when she was eleven. She has been at Rainbow for ten years. Starlene’s three children were raised in the Prescott area, and she is helping to raise her niece, Jakie. In addition to her caregiving duties, Starlene is the primary cook for the Rainbow noon meal program.   “God has led me to Rainbow Acres,” says Starlene. “I have been blessed for the last ten years. I love working with the Ranchers and staff here at Rainbow. And I have been blessed with three beautiful grandchildren.”
